What is National Advance Care Planning Week?

The National Advance Care Planning Week is an annual event held in March that provides information about the preferences for future healthcare. This week is a valuable initiative to raise awareness and encourage individuals to engage in conversations about their healthcare preferences.

Advance Care Planning Week 2024 with the theme “Share what matters most” is designed to enable members of the public to make some decisions about the healthcare they would or would not like to receive if they become seriously ill and unable to communicate preferences or make treatment decisions.
